KCM has decided to acquire the businesses related to the manufacturing and sale of rotary tools, as well as associated services.

Results

The acquisition of Bernal was carried out by Komori Chambon S.A.S. and its US-based subsidiary Komori Chambon USA Corporation.

The transaction took place after US government acceptance on April 30, 2024.
