The past year was marked by strong momentum in growth, knowledge transfer, and collective commitment within Oneida Associés, a management consulting firm specializing in supporting business and organizational transformations.

It was notably shaped by the arrival of new talent, including several experienced managers as well as many young profiles whom we support in developing their consulting skills. This momentum also resulted in seven internal promotions, illustrating our commitment to supporting our teams’ long-term career development.

Over the year, more than 125 assignments were delivered for our clients, reflecting the trust placed in us and the recognition of our expertise across all our areas of work. We also continued our efforts in training, coaching, and upskilling our people.

Our commitment to gender parity is also strengthening, with 40% women in our teams today.

Finally, this year marked a major milestone for our firm with our integration into the Diot-Siaci Group, opening up new development opportunities for our teams and our clients.
